[GreenKeys] Model 14 & 15s, who where the main users of fractions ?

I can understand the connection between fractions and the Stock market but
didnt guess in the 20s how much it influenced communications.

Maybe the same reason the British pound symbol was part of the standard
set. Up to WW2 London was the financial hub.
