[GreenKeys] Duluth Minnesota - Estate Sale Junly 14 to 16

Thing to do is contact them after the sale. If an auction house or junk
store .. excuse me .. antique store is not smart enough to know the
difference they more than likely don't have to worry about a monthly rent
invoice.

But if they are obligated to an estate ( read attorney )  they will have to
either sell or scrap the stuff.

 In the past I've found out who that is and was called a week after. The
auction house did not like  me showing up with a letter that I was now the
owner.
