I don't know what became of the drawing files.  Maybe went to AT&T 
Archives, maybe to Lucent Archives, maybe to scrap paper.

Something I was given a couple of years ago are some books of factory
specifications for processes.  I haven't got around to scanning them.

The most often distributed outside drawings are wiring diagrams.  Second
were printed circuit boards with their schematic diagrams.
