[GreenKeys] Extra caps on M15 line relay bracket..

Hi all!

Pete had mentioned of his "Older" M15 base having
extra caps installed on the line relay bracket...

This is most likely the RF filter caps in the modfication
kit to reduce radio interference from the relay tongue
and the mark/space contacts, also reduces "Arcing"
and prolongs contact life!

Pbly from the GK members, a spec and/or TTY mod kit
number can be located...
