Motors aren't hard to find. There are about five of them
on eBay right now. Here's one with a base, but without the
gear.

That one is a synchronous motor.
Here's a governed motor with the gear for a Model 15, but without
the base. (The direction of twist on the gear is correct for
a Model 15; Model 15 machines have the opposite twist.)

Both of those together should get you what you need.
There are also two TDs on eBay. TDs are not that popular and
supply seems to exceed demand.
