Geeezzz... you are asking a lot of these old eyes. Well after a while of squinting and craning, I see that they are indeed Bristols. The small one on the belt pulley has only 4 flutes and the larger one on the gear has 6. So, I suppose that I'll have to invest in a set of these new, at least to me, tools. Thanks. Ebay has many sets for $ 20.
Here is one example and there are many that are selling what looks like the
same set.
