[GreenKeys] Comma on [J] (was Teletype Pallet Set Available)

I looked on my 19 printer and both the J and S have the apostrophe on them.
When the BELL is struck the J or S depending on the machine does not print
so guess that it does not matter what is on the upper case for them.
