Actually the description says
"Quality, white bond paper has 1/2 margin perforations and becomes 8-1/2" x
11" once perforations are removed."

And the stock number 02184 matches the photo of the box that says 9-1/2"
wide.

So Sparco 02184 is NOT the stuff for sprocket machines with 8-1/2" between
holes.
