[GreenKeys] Special Characters on type box and wheel

Hey gang,

Here is a rookie observation. Came across of boxes filled with model 28 parts. Lots of typing boxes and wheels. Noticed some interesting characters on four of them. Attached are three pics. Check out the pic with the two wheels. The one on the left has a strange cross between Y and ?, below the number 4.
And one type box has large characters - interesting.
