[GreenKeys] Continuous feed paper for Asr33

Kenneth Gartland had the same question right now.  I pointed him to
www.egpaper.com/Products/Enterprise-Group/Contnuous-Forms/Cartons.aspx
then click on Forms.  Note their 081109 which appears to be the right
stuff in a green bar paper.  I suggested he call and ask for a sales
person and verify the dimensions of that product, and also ask if they
have plain white with the right dimensions.  And how much you have to
buy to place an order with them, or if they have a dealer who carries
it for purchase by the box.

I haven't heard back from Ken except that they don't respond to email
queries, so I think it will take a phone call.
