[GreenKeys] Friend SPD-V

I'm still having some trouble with the punch unit locking out the keyboard. Seems to happen only with the 'E' key and the Upper Case key. This may turn out to be a timing issue. But for now I'd like to ask about different configurations of machines. I have a SPD print that Gary provided for me. The title block only ID's it as Model SPD. I'm guessing that the V on my machine model number, stands for 5, fifth version? This may indicate different versions? My question is in regard to the differences between this print and my machines wiring. The back of the machine has many of the relays. There is room for relays #2 through #23. My machine only has relays #2,3,4,5,11,12,14,15,21,22 & 23. Yet the schematic includes other relays. So my question is what to do with the circuitry on the schematic when a relay is not in the machine. My first thought was that I'd just assume the normally closed contacts would be shorted and the normally open contacts just be open.
I've been trouble shooting the Punch Error KPE K3 circuit. This relay coil has one energizing path thru a Anti Repeat contact, a Non Print contact, a Stop Code contact and a Card Feed contact. All these contacts are in series. My machine has all these relays except I have no KSC Stop Code relay. Yet there is a Stop Code switch on the front panel.

Reason I ask is that I can close all these series contacts and the KPE K3 relay will not pick up. So I suspect something is different. Have not figured it out yet. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
