[GreenKeys] manual for an AN/UGM-11 (Wavetek 404) TTY test generator?

Anyone have a manual for an AN/UGM-11 (Wavetek 404 or TS-3643/UGM) test set
that I could buy or borrow to copy? This is a TTY and multiplex tone test
generator.
