[GreenKeys] AS3 43 throwing off its ribbon

A fellow Greenkeyer kindly made the ribbon for me
as they are exceedingly hard to find now. I don't
think I've the option of trying another ribbon.
The tensioning capstan is not at either end of
its travel, so I'd have thought that it would take
up any slight overlength/underlength problem.
