[GreenKeys] HAL DS-3000 KSR ???

Hi Guys,
Picked up one of these recently in non-working condition. While I've had some
HAL equipment in the past I know nothing about this and very little found on the
'net. Is it worth fixing up? Anyone have a manual/schematics or scan of one? TIA
