[GreenKeys] patch cord question

    What are shown are switchboard plugs. These are TRS but the tip is a 
smaller size than "stereo" plugs used on headphones, etc. The two do not 
mate, a stereo plug forced into a patch bay jack will eventually stretch 
the tip contact and TRS plugs will not usually work in stereo jacks.
    I do not remember ever seeing a female cable jack for TRS but they 
may exist. If they are made Switchcraft is the most likely source.
    Its not a matter of "cheap" they are two different connectors 
although they look superficially similar.
