Quick clarification: the "domain" part i.e. the stuff up to the first "/" 
can be upper or lower case (unless you're doing funky stuff with login and 
password etc) but the stuff after that "/" must be whatever the server 
expects.  In other words, if it wants "AUTOSTART" then "AUTOSTART" it must 
be, and similarly if you want to be able to type ".../autostart" then a 
page by the lower-case name is expected to be present (unless, of course, 
the server is DOS or a C-64 etc).
