Which reminds me: was the PDF ever made available for us foreigners?

I did one with a piccie of a white-tailed spider; the caption reads "The 
white-tailed spider is innocent" (all upper-case, but I didn't want to 
SHOUT here), as there is a myth that its bite causes disfiguring necrosis 
(no, that's the Brown Recluse which shares the same habitat; you don't see 
it because it's, well, brown and reclusive).
