Thanks to everyone for your comments and suggestions. And a big thanks
to Paul Heller who pointed me in the right direction.

Here's the solution for those using, or wanting to use Winamp.
Start Winamp, click on the MENU, then PLAY, and URL.
Type in the URL address;

HTTP://INTERNET-TTY.NET:8000/ITTY

That will start the program and you should be 'on the air' with iTTY.
You can then save this link in BOOKMARKS so next time you start
Winamp you click PLAY, BOOKMARKS, and you're running.
Have yet to figure out how to make this URL the default and have Winamp
default to it automatically but I'm sure there is a way

One of the nice things about using Winamp like this is its running as a
stand alone program. No browser to muck things up, You will of course
need and active internet connection running.
