[GreenKeys] OT - AN/USM-117C vintage oscilloscope

[Pete Lancashire]

Good basic beginner scope, no where as good as say a Tektronix 465 but
usable.

Just gave a neighbor kid two scopes a B&K that works and a 465B with an
issue
he gets to keep the 465B for free if he finds out what is wrong with it.
