[GreenKeys] High Speed Tape ID?

If no one can ID the best bet would be the old computer nuts, many hangout
at classiccmp.org
When I was punching mylar tapes for Gardner Devner vertical Wirewrap
machines the verify was done with an optical reader that my foggy memory
has in it 750 CPS. If one did not put the exit on the spool the tape coming
out of the reader would extend a good 6 feet before heading down.
