[GreenKeys] Newbie - Siemens T100A Questions

Hi Christopher,

you have to supply 'line current'.
I am not familar with the Aussie version called M100, but if you
have got a German or international version T100 you should have a
line cable with 4 wires and following colours:

white = transmitter contact
brown = transmitter contact
green = receiver magnet
yellow = receiver magnet

Jumper brown and green and supply loop voltage aof minimum 30 volts
and current limited to 40ma to whit and yellow.
Then you should be apply to use the machine locally and you can
type on it like on a typewriter.

Since it is a German machine and most knowledge of it is accumulated in
Germany I woud recommend to register at
www.telexforum.de. This is the main platform for Siemens and Lorenz
knowledge exchange. Although in German language feel free to use
English as well.
