Below is a link to the best Bombe simulator I've seen. It's a just a fancy
emulator and is a fraction of the size of a real Bombe since all those
circuits and logic are just a bunch of software bits interfaced with a
single bank of rotors, but it's very well done. It runs on Rasperry Pi and
Arduino:

Among some other excellent handiwork, this fellow also built his own Enigma
machine emulator into a watch form factor using a homegrown 8-bit computer
he dubbed "Orwell", and he is currently working on 3D printing an Enigma
machine replica. Oh, yeah, and he built that 3D printer himself. Genius. I
understand he works at Weta Workshop, too.
