450 is available on a bunch of commercial TUs I think, my ST6000 will do it at any
rate. The rtty demod boards I was selling a couple years ago on the list will do 
85 hz shift if you set the shift jumper to "narrow". And of course all the software
decoders can do any shift, I think.
