[GreenKeys] TTY Today?

Hi again,
I was wondering if there are any TTY units / networks still in commercial or governmental use today. I know that a lot of private collectors such as myself preserve and use them regularly, but are any still in active use today?
I have always thought that when organizations upgrade to better comms systems, that they should preserve the old system for a backup. I feel this especially for the military.
