Unfortunately we are a bit lazy with the English version of the i-telex.net
website.
Please be patient it will come....for sure...
Until then you can get a brief information from our i-Telex member Nick's
website
from Sydney, Australia about the system:
https://hauptuhr.net/portfolio/the-new-international-telex-network/
Nick still uses his own home made backplane as his system has been in use
for
quite a while now. Meanwhile there is also a customized backplane available
to fit
the boards.
For a list of all connected members and machines go to one of our internal
i-Telex DNS server's websites:
df3oe.no-ip.org
sonnibs.no-ip.org
176.52.197.242
Four of the connected i-Telex boards work as redundant number/name servers
for the network. There is NO central main server to run the network!
The content of all website's subscriber directory is same, all are mirrored
with
each other. If one or more fails the network still keeps alive.
What you look at comes directly from a tiny 16mhz clock ATMEL cpu which is
the
heart of the i-Telex ethernet board, so please be patient with downloading
time. ;-)
There choose your language (English...) and click on "Subscriber directory.
