[GreenKeys] Codes that Don't Count

Speaking of Codes . . . .

A few years back, I mentioned on G/K that I had a rather extensive 'chart' that compared a number
of different 'codes'.  ASCII, BAUDOT, (which I know is incorrect naming), EBCDIC, and a number of
others.  It is a multi-sheet chart, going from 00  to  FF in some cases, and in others,
from the lowest to the highest.  

HEX   EBCDIC   ASCII   FRIDEN   IBM 1050   BAUDOT   EIA   ICL   IBM   HON.   NCR   BURR.   ICL   IBM   ICL

There appears to be some duplication above but there are four headers above the line above, for
"KEY"       "PAPER TAPE CODES"        "BCD CODES"                "CARD CODES"

Some of the codes have more than one type in the list.

This is done sequentially, so that is possible to compare the "A" in BAUDOT to the "A" in EBCDIC
or any of the other code arrangements.

I originally got it from the Rep at our plant who serviced Mohawk Data Science equipment for the
Ford plant where I worked.   It was part of a manual he had for 'integrating' Mohawk gear to
whatever was in the places that bought or rented their equipment.  (1975 circa.)

I've given away several copies to those asking.  Will continue to do so for postage and 75 cents
to cover paper and a mailing envelope and postage.

It runs for 22 sheets of office paper.  Perhaps one of our 'archiving experts' might scan them and
create an on line site for a .pdf download.  I don't really want to get into the 'chart business',
but if there is only light interest, that might be the best way, just 'copy and mail', as a few
requests come in.

I will include a 'cheap and dirty' scan of the first significant data page, so that all will have
some idea of what this amounts to.  There are 17 more such 'data pages' ending up with  "FF" for HEX,
etc.

Any takers please reply off list.  Anyone who can archive this into .pdf, also contact me off list.
