[GreenKeys] Alternating Current(s) for teletype machines

Thanks to all for input on the "down under" et.al. AC services.  I now think I "know" that the 220 config. is similar to our 120 config. in that one lead "neutral" eventually gets to "earth" somewhere down the line and that the conventional green "ground" 3rd lead is there at earth and connected to the "frame".

However, I think I know that earth should not be taken for granted unless I'm standing on it! !
