[GreenKeys] calibrating speed on a 14 and 15

I suspect the 1800 rpm on the motor nameplate is the nominal speed
of the motor if the governor is not limiting.

Attached is a gear chart for Model 15s.  Didn't originate with me,
so thanks to whomever supplied it originally.
