[GreenKeys] tt-345a/fg reperf.. is this Army? Navy? need to find manual!

I haven't come across any Navy procurement of Kleinschmidt gear.

The Navy used some KLI torn-tape gear in a few places but I believe that
was inherited from the Army, like when the Navy took over the Fort Allen,
PR, comm center from the Signal Corps.

The USMC just got transfers from Army contracts I believe.
