[GreenKeys] ASR 33 motor buzzing

I made this video just now:

It goes so fast it's hard to see but it almost looked like it was going
backwards. I put that pink mark on the 'fan' to see if I could follow it
but it's too fast. I had these modern 'slow blow 3A' fuses, and on an
attempt prior to this video, it did a short burst at the motor and then the
2A fuse at F4 (by the motor) blew as usual. Suspecting these modern fuses
aren't quite up to snuff, I switched and put one of the new ones in the 3A
over at the PSU, and then put the older style slow blow 3A in the fuse
holder for the motor. This time, as I filmed it, the fuse at the PSU blew
up instead of the one at the motor.

So I'm wondering if maybe the fuses might be part of the problem. When I
got the unit unbeknownst to me the fuse was already blown.. I thought the
buzzing was the motor trying to work. Maybe I need to find an old style 2
or 3A slow blow?
