In summary, RFT is the former Siemens teleprinter division, post World War II.  The RFT T51 was the Simens T37, a 5-bit baudot teleprinter.  The T63 was the T51 augmented with a second shift code to support dual language Roman/X.  The T63-SU supports Cyrillic, the T63-GR supports Greek, and the T63-BG supports bulgarian.  Production continued into the 1980s.
