[GreenKeys] ASR 33 motor buzzing

Sounds like a starting capacitor to me. They do dry up and go bad. If Wayne
or Paul don't have one, I think I still have an extra. I bought several a
year or so ago for $6 each.

Easy check. When you first turn it on, use your hand to get the
motor spinning in the right direction. If it is just a bad capacitor it
might come up to speed and keep going. Or it might not, depending on how
the capacitor has failed.
