[GreenKeys] My first ASR-33

Hey guys,

 

Just got my first ASR-33.  It needs some love - and I'm trying to find a
service manual.  On arrival, if it is set to Off or Local it makes a loud
buzzing noise near the back when plugged in.  On line, it's quiet.  One time
while switching the knob back and forth it actually went through what looked
like a bit of a reset procedure.  Any thoughts would be welcome.. when it
was shipped apparently it powered up ok and did a carriage return.  We took
serious precautions on shipping but it's possible something jostled anyway.
