Possibly, altho the man who sent me some reproduced old forms years ago
didn't seem to worry about it.  And if they don't use the current W.U. 
logo, and are reproduced from back when Walter Marshall was president
they might be safe.

Or an alternative way to gum the tape down.  I was thinking of filling the
tape moistener with mucilage, but that would just gum jup the felt after
a short time.  One could pass the tape over a glue stick almost hidden.
Other ideas?
