So I see a 12AU7 (dual, low-mu triode), a 6C4 (1/2 of a 12AU7), a 6X4
(full-wave rectifier), a 0A2 (90V shunt regulator) and finally a 6C20,
which is a time-delay relay.
In short, three low-gain amplifier sections, plus a regulated power supply
with a time delay.
Sounds like a dedicated vacuum tube voltmeter with an ammeter function..?
