Sigh....
There isn't, there hasn't been, there never was, a call control unit on
any of the Model 15/19 stuff. I doubt that there were any on the model
28 stuff either.

THIS is WHY Henning and the others are working on a modification
to the TW39 board for the i-Telex system to work with a "stupid"
Teletype machine.

There were call control units on the 32, and later 33, machines that
were part of the Western Union TWX service and those that were
migrated over to the larger Telex network.

In Europe, the Italians came up with a box that would allow "stupid"
machines to interface with the Telex network.
