Not super cheap, but good for both loop and punch, and has a meter:

Cheaper, works great, very compact, and very clean output with low ripple. 
I'm using one of these for the M19 most of the time except when I want to fire 
up the old REC-30:

No trouble powering two loops and the punch all at once.
