[GreenKeys] Teletype Model 43 ribbon

The little rollers near the type head are supposed to pull the ribbon around as the carriage returns.  I suspect the ribbon is so old that its stuck.  You might try www.ribbonsunlimited.com to see if they have any, but that's not likely.
