[GreenKeys] Armed Forces RTTY Test reminder & schedule

I had everything all set up with multiple rcvrs and printers etc. But I
never heard any FSK at all. Rats.
Worked NIIW on USB but that was all. The aether was in a foul mood I
suppose.
