[GreenKeys] USB-teletype adapters (update #2)

Eric - I had  not  tried it on 10 yet... what  was  the  problem and the 
work a round?
 
So  far have tested the  card in local mode ... got to get the  power 
supply  for 60 mil. then I will light  off 
the UPI teletype  . For today I am standing still.
 
Question - does the  TU board also have optical isolation of the  loop  
from the signal area?
