[GreenKeys] USB-teletype adapters (update #2)

Hi, 

Now that people are getting their USB adapters, I just wanted to check on how
things are going.

I know there has been at least one problem getting it going on Windows 10 - 
if anyone else is using one successfully on Win10, can you let us know if 
there was anything special you had to do or how you made it work? 

Anyone using a Mac or Linux? How about software other than a plain terminal 
program? I'd really love to see more use of stuff like HeavyMetal or BaudotRSS,
because you can do so much more with the machines that way. 

I think a pre-built installation of HM on an flash card for raspberry pi or 
beagleboard or other small cheap single board computer would be really really
cool. Anyone feel like working on that? :)
