You might go here and see if you can download Hyperterminal.  From the
article it seems that win 7 left it out and some other programs.  Also at
the bottom of the page is a couple of other programs.  I have not tried
either of them.

 

I think in the paper work that Eric sent near the end is a reference to some
other programs.  I have not looked into them, but you may want to.

 

I am using win xp and Hyperterminal.   The converter board seems to be
working fine for me with that program.

windows free terminal easy to use program can I get>

 

heh  win 95 came  with a  free one  but  win 7  does not have.....
