amazing! I am impressed!
ok on the planned add- ons
OK on these

Firmware improvements being considered are:
    * transparent 7 or 8 bit passthrough mode for use with 33s and the
like. YES!
    * The ability, from the config command mode, to modify the
ascii/baudot character translation table YES for use for the ebsidic ksr 35
like xerox sigma used?
    * the ability to select from multiple stored translation tables YES!
    * sending pre-recorded messages like RYRYRYRY and quick brown fox
with short commands
OMG YES..... us as a fox box also....
    * the ability to logically invert mark and sense for input and/or
output. I dunno... when would this be needed?

It's actually eagle. Trying to do a real project in kicad is on my list of
things
to try, but that list keeps getting longer from the top, alas.

BTW what's on github there is old, i need to merge in my working stuff
still.
If you want a current copy I'm happy to send a tarball though.

(problem is i do most work on my own git repo server so the github stuff
is
just snapshots mostly, probably not a great way to work)
