Is Rubber Renew the same stuff as Fedron?

I've used Fedron for rubber rollers in the past, on audio tape machines.
I've never used it on a large roller like a printer platen, but that's what
it's actually marketed for - restoring rubber parts in printing machines.
BTW, $24.95/ 8oz seems pretty decent.. it's always been pretty pricey
stuff.
