[GreenKeys] M28 Reperf parts needed

I am fixing up a M28 LCXD ASR that the AWA Museum just received (thanks 
to Jack, K2TTY). The ASR cabinet includes a reperf (that can also be 
operated directly by the keyboard), which is missing some parts.  There 
is no electrical connection to the reperf, so I am in need of a reperf 
cable (#178781?) or at least the 32 pin plug (#161239?) to connect to 
the reperf.  Also, there is no tape holder, so I need the holder 
(#158241?), a 11/16" tape spool and the tape tension arm (#154319?) that 
mounts on the holder.

I'm not an expert on the M28. These are part numbers that I've gleaned 
from the manual, but I'm not positive that they are the exact numbers 
required (which is the reason for the ?s above).  If I am wrong about 
the numbers, or you have something equivalent let me know.
