[GreenKeys] M33 Mystery UCC

Hi all!

I have to correct a bit of wrong info in my posting
from yda re: the UCC units used in computer interfacing...

I had mentioned the UCC28 as being used extensively
for this application, however it was used in the 'Data Telex'
network in Canada 110Bd 8 level dial-up service...

With the exception of the larger molex connectors on the
UCC rear panel, it is functionally equivalent to the UCC27
used in standard 50Bd Telex service (Canada)...
The Western Union equivalent being UCC9...

Sorry for the earlier wrong info...

I believe the correct alternate UCC used by computer
suppliers is likely UCC2 or 3...

It can be easily identified by the extra 9 position wiring
block located directly behind the function switch in the
UCC...

If my memory still works a little, one side of the TX or RX
loop connects here, while the other three remaining loop
wires connect to the rear TB block...

Perhaps our good friend, Wayne, can comment on this
particular version of UCC...

Many tks!
