With roughly 60 vdc as the "on" voltage, this is roughly 9 uA of current.
Somewhat less than the designed current of 300 uA.

With no more than three bulbs lit at one time, a total current drain of
less than 30 uA, this should run pretty much for the shelf life of the
battery.
