Some of them care a lot and will pay for the extra time of re-stuffing
can electrolytics, or using new parts from Hayseed and others.

There's a very big difference between "I fixed it" and "I did it right."
Flying splices, reclaimed parts, burnt insulation hardly qualifies as
"I did it right."
