[GreenKeys] Documentation for INFOTECH M-150 RTTY Keyboard

Thank you Nick.  Yes, a well-known part -- at least for us on the
electronics, as opposed to electrical, end of the spectrum :->.  Now if
someone could come up with the schematic that puts it to proper use while
encoding the keyboard and generating the tones, and miscellany it would be .
just great!  A user manual would be nice, but the schematic would be quite
sweet indeed.

I'm now the new home for an INFOTECH M-150 RTTY Keyboard formerly taken
loving care of by Jack (K2TTY).

 

Does anyone have any documentation (manual, circuit diagram) for this item?
Inside it's all simple-logic TTL ICs plus an AY-5-1013A UART.

 

Neither Jack nor I have been able to uncover any documentation.  Maybe many
hands/eyes will make short work :->?
