Mike, 

The 4 outer screws combined with the center screw allow you to slide, raise, lower or tilt the TR to fit the cover. It doesnt always slide easily, but you will get the hang of it. 

I will attach a pic of a TR adjusted correctly to the cover.

OK, I do have a manual reader, three position switch. I've cleaned and lubed the reader and started to install it onto the sub base. This reader has a five screw pivoting mounting. Looks like for some reason the reader must have the ability to 'level' it? I've looked over my documentation regarding the reader, but did not find anything about this mounting system. Is there anything more to it than getting the unit level? Thanks
